How it works for freelance private chefs:
STEP 1: SERVICES AVAILABLE
Once we receive an enquiry, you will receive a message on WhatsApp with the service details. Please save the following number
STEP 2: AVAILABILITY
If you are available to take the service please reply to us with your service quote excluding food. We will share your quote with the client and they will confirm if they are happy to accept it. Please note we also charge the client an admin fee.
STEP 3: CALL THE CLIENT - MENU DISCUSSION
Once the client accepts your quote, they will send us their availability for a phone call with you to discuss the menu. Please call the customer as soon as possible. After the call please let us know the approximate food cost so we can send the client an invoice.
FINAL STEP: CONFIRMATION
Please only schedule your time after you receive a confirmation from us. This should occur within 24hrs after your call to discuss the menu.
Please send a picture of your shopping receipt and your invoice via email so payment can be processed. We aim to pay all services within 3 working days after receiving your invoice.
